Acceptance of Terms
By accessing postie.company or using Postie services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. During private beta, access is limited to whitelisted users.
Service Description
Postie provides an all-in-one campaign platform for audience building, A/B testing, and multi-channel deployment. Features and availability may change during beta. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Account & Whitelist
Account creation and purchases require whitelist approval during private beta. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Pay-as-you-go charges apply per send as described on our Pricing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis during beta.
Limitation of Liability
Postie is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
